Now Tell Me That You Love Me – Teddy Pendergrass

Time to shutdown this “Soulful Sunday,” at least here. I still have a few more hours to spend doing some other things around the house.
Before I part I would like to so my respect to The Whispers and the Caldwell family. Nicolas Caldwell, one of the founding members of the R&B, Soul and Quiet Storm group passed away January 5. Some of the group’s hits were “And The Beat Goes On,” “Rock Steady,” and “Lady.” You can find some of these on https://everlasting-soul.com.
We close this week off with a Teddy Pendergrass with “Now Tell Me That You Love Me.”
Take care and make the most of the first month of 2018, it will establish how you will treat the rest of the year. Peace and Love

  1. Hello Harvey, thanks for sharing this post with us. I love music, especially music from the 70s, 80s and 90s. I love R&B, Soul, Hip Hop, Jazz, Pop, Rock, and Rap. Me and my mother are a huge fan of Teddy Pendergrass. My favorite songs are TKO, Close The Door, Turn Off The Lights, Come Go With Me, just to name a few. It’s been 8 years since he died, God bless his soul. Thank you once again, and I wish you the best of luck within the music niche.

    1. Hello Ahmad, two things thanks for subscribing to my site, and second you and your mother have great taste in music. When this particular song came out he was still with Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes. The 1970s was a real time for R&B, Soul and Funk to blossom and blossom it did. We are still grooving to the sounds of Atlantic, Motown, Philadelphia Soul and Stax.
